The frequency and scope are to be agreed between each asset owner and asset manager, or service provider acting on their behalf, but the VOICE method recommends annual or ad hoc reporting (for example, as part of a call for tenders).
As for the scope, this depends on the recipient of the report and must in all cases be specified (for example, at fund level for an asset owner or at asset manager’s level for its annual engagement report).
