Présentation : Ce parcours Banque et finance offre une formation à la finance avec une volonté permanente d’anticiper la transformation de ces métiers par l’innovation. La formation est constituée de cours liés aux Fintechs et au financement de la transition énergétique.

Objectifs :

• Être capable de monter des opérations de financement de la transition énergétique et de la finance à impact
• Apprentissage et soutien à l’entrepreneuriat Fintech ainsi qu’à l’environnement lié aux cryptomonnaies et à la Finance Décentralisée (DEFI, Web3)
• Maîtriser la gestion du risque bancaire

Master – Formation continue

Présentation :La formation proposée, qui s’adresse principalement à des adultes justifiant d’une expérience professionnelle, répond aux besoins d’enseignements de haut niveau , à finalité professionnelle, centrés sur les métiers et les techniques de la finance, de l’assurance et de la banque. Cette formation vise à doter ces adultes des connaissances théoriques qui leur seront indispensables pour mieux comprendre les différentes activités de finance de marché auxquelles ils peuvent être exposées, et ce afin de permettre à ces professionnels de progresser dans leur carrière.

Compétences acquises à l’issue de la formation :

• Maîtrise des concepts, techniques, méthodes et savoir-faire des métiers couverts par le Master
• Capacité d’analyser de façon critique les méthodes et techniques utilisées dans le cadre d’une situation de gestion et/ou de contrôle externe
• Capacité d’identifier, d’analyser et de résoudre un problème dans un contexte d’action et de changement
• Aptitudes managériales nécessaires à la prise de décision, à la communication et au travail en équipe complétées des qualités éthiques nécessaires au respect des déontologies professionnelles

Présentation : Business is changing, and they’re looking for passionate and knowledgeable experts to help meet their obligations to society and the environment while also driving impact and growth. The Master in International Sustainability Management equips you with the knowledge and skills to address these opportunities with an interdisciplinary approach. As a Master of Science, the programme is grounded in science and research, but also takes on a business perspective. It offers a broad portfolio of classes on the different problems and their context, solutions to consider, and management tools to deal with the transition.

The two-year programme is taught at ESCP’s Berlin and Paris campuses, with two fixed terms in each city. In term 5 you will write your Master’s thesis.

Présentation :In this specialization you will learn to manage all aspects of financial and sustainability reporting from the point of view of a CFO.  You will learn to prepare, understand and interpret financial statements.  You will also learn to understand and interpret current practices of sustainability evaluation and communication.
