Présentation : La réglementation SFDR, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, est entrée en vigueur le 10 mars 2021 Après 2 années, une mise à jour des connaissances réglementaires est indispensable au vu de l’évolution de l’application de cette réglementation. Les exigences des régulateurs nationaux et européen précise les règles qui s’appliquent désormais sur l’obligation de reporting et de transparence des produits d’investissements.

À l’issue de cette formation, les candidats certifiés seront capables de :

• Respecter le cadre de reporting SFDR
• Prévenir et contrôler les risques de greewashing
