The association's working groups can be divided into two types: The Standing Committees and the Project Groups.

The main objective of the Standing Committee and the Project Groups is to contribute to the thought process, and if need be, prepare the association's standpoint and views concerning socially responsible investment. However, these working groups can also be used as the main contractor for events organised by the association (i.e. the Roadshow), or to define the contents of the association's Newsletter (Editing Committee), etc.

For short-term and punctual projects the Project Groups are linked to the ad hoc Standing Committee.
