French Social Investment Forum (SIF)

 

How to join?

Members are legal entities or corporate bodies with a direct link to socially responsible investment, either at a professional level, a shareholder level, or a personal belief level.

Member can be:

  • Investors;
  • Financial corporations;
  • Service providers in the socially responsible investment domain;
  • Social partners and NGOs / associations, for their activity as investors or their support of socially responsible investment;
  • Universities and researchers wanting to contribute to the reflection and development of SRI;
  • Associations or entities wanting to pursue the same objectives as the French SIF;

All requests to join must be sponsored by at least two administrators of the French SIF. The request to join must include the following elements:

  • Application form duly filled in,
  • A check covering membership dues,
  • A cover letter indicating the reasons why membership is requested and explicitly mentioning membership to the association.

Membership is only effective after:

  • The dues have been collected for the current year,
  • The Board of Directors has approved membership during the first meeting following reception of the membership application.

Membership benefits for Corporations

There are six main benefits:

  • The possibility to participate in the Standing Committee and Project Groups with several corporate representatives,
  • Access to the French SIF’s centre of resources:
    • Access to the French SIF’s work and to projects of other organisations the French SIF belongs to,
    • Access to a network of members from Eurosif and other international SIFs,
    • National and European intelligence on SRI,
  • “Corporate” presentation on the French SIF website,
  • Logo on the Eurosif website as a financial sponsor,
  • Free, or reduced charge, access to events organised by the French SIF, with a limit of 5 representatives,
    • Free for an unlimited number of representatives for supporter subscriptionsFree
  • Free, or reduced charge, access to events organised by Eurosif, with a limit of 2 representatives,
    • Free for an unlimited number of representatives for supporter subscriptions.
